I got a big win streak in a UMK3 machine back in 1996.

Beating my Omega Gamer friend in Mortal Kombat...No that didn't happen, i was too much of a noob in the 90's and he was already beating every game he rented.
Anyway, I guess my REAL bes moment was performing my first special move in the arcade. It was Liu Kang's fire ball.

Beating Goro and Shang Tsung for the first time on Genesis.

i Beat Mk4 arade(not console9 version at the first tral with johnny cage.
i beat goro without problem.and also shinnok and all the rest.

playing in the arcade and on my snes.

beating mk2 on the arcade with only 1 coin. everybody rumored if you did this you would get a refund from the machine, well that was a lie. also my first fatalaty i ever proformed it was scorions on mk1. also beating my neighbors kid on mk2 with my eyes closed time after time. and just that vibe in the arcade when everybody gatherd round you to watch you play and preform a fatalety. and all the kids that always asked how do you do that please teach me.

Buying mk:trilogy in `99. I was little then, and before the release, this guy that worked at gamestop said "you could play as all the bosses this time kids", and me and my friends were saying "whoah!". Then when it came out, we all bought it. We had to figure out all kinds of rumors like Chameleon, brutalities, and classic outfit switching. Then it was fun playing, until someone repeatedly kept picking a boss. That's when the complaining started.

Playing all the MKs on the SNES and whoopin this kid's ass at an MK2 machine even though the CPUs were hard lol.

grabbing a console control pad for the first time, in a pirated clone of a SNES console. and playing a video game for the first time. Mortal Kombat 1 (it was a pirated version, so it conttained shang tsung and goro as playable characters). then, after weeks playing it, a friend of mine did a "trick" with the pad and it was that unforgetable moment: mistirously, my friend knew a trick to put the game in pause with clean screen (clicking start button, would pause the game, making the characters to disappear, and showing no options like "resume"; "quit" etc). so my friend told me that it was one of Sub Zero's hidden habilities, invisibility... and i believed...

Best moments 4 me, were finding an ENORMOUS amount of Fatality glitches in MK:T. (N64)

my greatest moment was when i first beat mk1 an mkt and when i frist got mkt thats what was one of my favorite moments of the 90's

UMK2 in the arcades=memories I'll never forget, also MKT when that first came out I was sooo happy.

You could have never done that on an arcade version of MK4 because Goro was exclusive to the home consoles and the computer game...
Anyway, the first time I ever fought and killed Reptile in MK1 on the Genesis.
