define "master a character."

I believe a master can consistently win. Not 100% fv, or even victories. Maybe 1 out of 12 rounds won. That would make them undefeatable in terms of matches. Also, a master CAN NOT use infinites, the same move over and over, or only use one stance; such as the weapon.

I can tell they haven't mastered anyone because they consider knowing all the combos and beating konquest with everyone being a master. Who knows? Perhaps they'd kick my ass, but they can prove that by coming to NJ, cuz im not coming to where they live.....bahahahahaha.
