one simple strategy to do, and it works with everyone, is to just duck and block whatever move he does. jumping towards him guarantees a loss unless its somehow in a combo. after so many time he will do his upward shoulder charge, which will give u the chance to uppercut him. after u hit him hurry up and run towards him and do it again til he blocks. if he blocks then u hurry up and block so you can repeat the process. u can also use a combo when u run up to him, but that takes alittle more timing and patience. thats one of the easier ways to do it but each character has other tactics they can use, like anyone with a teleport punch.

Actually it usually works much better if you duck and don't block. After almost every hit you take you can run in and combo. You recover faster from his attacks if you take them versus blocking them. You just have to be able to do a combo that's more damaging then whatever move he hits you with.

When he does his move where he goes up in the air and tries to kick you just duck under him and right when he lands uppercut him,use sub zero sicne you can freeze Shao Kahn too,most of his attacks can be avoided by ducking under him and uppercutting him aswell,just freeze him,run up to him,do a combo,or uppercut him and repeat that over and over until you beat him,when he does his charge move try to jump over him and kick him and stuff like that,when he shoots his fireball try to duck it and then uppercut him or freeze him and then uppercut him.If he tries to hit you with his hammer then just jump over him and punch him or uppercut him.When he does his taunts freeze him run up and do a long combo that does damage,since his weakness is his laughs and taunts.You have to avoid his moves though,especially his charge move becasue sometimes he gets you at the end of the stage and just does that over and over on you,his punches are easy to avoid and his kick is too,just do good combos once you freeze him with ice,and when he tries to kick you in the air a lot just uppercut him after you duck and you will have Shao Kahn beat in no time.

the thing is i DO NOT want to beat him with Subby. i specifically want to beat him with Reptile so i can see Reptiles ending. ive seen maybe 3 endings tops in this game........
