How many people own a MK2 arcade machine with a dedicated cabinet?

I eventually want to purchase one, and I'm curious to know how much you got yours for, how difficult it is to move, and how much you or someone would sell it for(if it were for sale). It's been a while since I've played one, so can anyone tell me how it compares to playing MK2 on a smaller console version?

My rev. 5.0 mk1 arcade I got in 1999 was $300. I have no idea of current price ranges or worth. Does dedicated mean having the original cabinet with all the artwork? Cuz It's in a grungy old beat up plain black cabinet, complete with graffiti, cigarette burns, and initials carved into it. I think its cooler than a mint condition one. It even has high scores of long lost mk champs.

Yeah, dedicated means the original cabinet with the original artwork. Some people paint over a different game and paste on the MK2 artwork, but it's just not the same. I almost bought one on e-bay for $395, but I was outbid in the final SECOND for $420. I can get one for $500, but I would have no where to put it. I have to wait until I get out of college to buy one, because I don't know where I'll move to when I graduate - and I don't want to move that heavy thing from one state to another. I just hope I can find one in good condition in a couple years.
