I downloaded it, (I was trying to find it for about 2 weeks in used game stores, and I couldn't) and none of the videos work. Whenever I go to Kombat Theater and click on a video, I see "Loading" for a split second, and then it goes back to the Kombat theater, and there is no music when I fight.

I'm assuming you're playing the PC version. Same reason you don't hear any music during fights. They're all on the CD. If you don't have the CD you don't get the CD audio tracks or the FMV endings.

You need the ISO which should be available at some p2p networks, the version you downloaded has no videos, heck dude!, look at the size of zip.
