If you have a laptop like me, that doesn't work.
My setup is Arrows for directions, W is HP, S is LP, E is Block, D is Run, R is HK, and F is LK. Yes, it sucks, but it gets the job done.

I love to play MK on the keyboard. Here are my configuration. I think it is easy.
Directions for movement: Up to UP, Down to DOWN...
Insert - High Punch
Delete - Low Punch
End - Block
Home - Run
Page Up - High Kick
Page Down - Low Kick

End - Block

On my laptop and my regular keyboards I use WASD for arrows and:
U = HP
I = Block
O = HK
J = LP
L = LK
space = Run.
It works out quite well. And the letter keys on laptops are often hard to lock up. I guess since they have to be attached to the PCB directly anyway they go through the extra effort of making them work nicely.

I had a keyboard but it broke it was a 1950's Packard Bell.
W = UP
S = DOWN
A = LEFT
D = RIGHT
Insert = HP
Del = LP
End = Block
Page up = HK
Page Down = LK
\ = RUN
I don't use a keyboard however, but I "used to" so there is my config.
