Sorry if it came up before, but I was just wondering what systems will Midway Arcade Treasures come out for?

So far it's confirmed for the Xbox and PS2. Only time will tell if NGC owners will be whining yet again about a missing MK game on their systems.

I have a doubt GCN (Cube) meets requirements for Midway Arcade Treasures.
Remember what Nintendo did to MK1? They creamed all the violence but kept the crisp graphics.
Shall we say Midway Arcade Treasures release to Nintendo (which is bringing back the old MK), it just may be Super Nintendo ported.
Besides...I can't imagine the classic, true violent arcade MK on a decent Game Cube. If it's so, why couldn't Snes get the arcade cut.

thats true, right now they are actually licensing characters to other companies to make money. Link to Namco, Mario to Sega, etc. but they can only make games on GCN. I think the reason they sold Rare to XBOX was so they could get out of the kiddy phase like you said, but now that theres another Conker game coming to XBOX I think they shoulda kept Rare within their grasp. I spent weekends playing Conker's BFD with my friends. Midway SHOULD get it to the GCN, because the original did. I think the TRUE reason of not releasing MKD on GCN is because GCN has a crappy controller for fighting games. The only reason I would've gotten Soul Calibur II on GCN is to be Link, not to play with the controller.

Lol there is no way, 100% no way it'd be a SNES port on the GCN (if there were a GCN version)
Nintendo has gotten over the blood issue a long time ago... MK2 had blood...
but the GCN probably won't get it because tons of developers are abandoning the GCN and their games just don't make enough money on the system.
I have a GCN and PS2 so I'm not worried

Snes port to GCN, while XBox and PS2 gets the arcade versions. That would be dead hilarious!
But that was just my stupid thought, maybe it will maybe not. =D
I have PS2 and XBOX.
So I'm good to go. I'll buy them both.

Have any of you played the Resident Evi Remake on GC? I can assure you that Nintendo are smarter than to make SNES port MK games anymore... I don't care anyway cause I got PS2 as well as GC, but the point is I don't htink that Nintendo is making a stupid mistake like MK1 again... The graphics were really nice tho... But I took a few scrennshots to compare... Arcade version is still A LOT!!! better than SNES version...
