MK2 came in at number 4....

the top 5 goes:

5. Killer Instinct
4. Mortal Kombat 2
3. Super Smash Bros.
2. Marvel vs Capcom 2
and the number 1: Street Fighter 2

I guess this is more based on popularity, because gameplay wise
UMK3 >>>>>> MK2 and SF2 (but SF3:3rd strike would have been a good choice)

i agree...SF2 is nothing compared to the Shin-Shoryuken and the Shun Goku Satsu of SF3
