Gee, did you ever think that was why I'm having troubles? I already know that the AI is terrible. I just want some tips. The fucking easiest setting ain't that easy. Oh well, I guess I'll either keep playing till I win or give up and put the game away and forget about it. It just sucks that a person shells out the money for a game that can't be played.

But anyways... make sure you really are on the easiest difficulty (the other ones are just... impossible... and the hardest is just... insane). Your first opponent is... Scorpion at the Pit I believe. Just choose a character and be cheap as hell. I never had HUGE trouble getting past him. The most trouble I had was with Shao Kahn... who is ridicously hard (I cant imagine how he'd be on harder difficulties).

Thanks for the help Sea_Serpent, I did know it was bad, but I thought I'd try it for myself. At least you didn't insult me. I actually chose like 5 different guys: Rain, Noob, Scorpion, Reptile, and Ermac. How do you set the handicap, or does that even make a difference?

I've had MK Advance for 3 months now and i still havn't completed it. i get up to shao kahn and thats it...who is the best character to go against him?

The best way to beat MKA is to be cheap as hell, put them in the corner and kick the shit out of them. Works all the time for me.

I usually beat Kahn with Sektor or Smoke. I just keep doing the super uppercut move over... and over... like as soon as I'm done doing one, I go down to do another (so that I never actually stop next to Kahn... otherwise he'll be the shit out of me).

Well, I'm going to try what you said and see if I can win.

The easiest way I've found to beat it is to be cheap as hell like said above or get a gameshark and enter the play as Motaro or play as Shao Kahn code.

The way I got up to Motaro was by playing as Shang Tsung and using his Eruption move over and over on every person. Motaro kicked my ass all over the place, though, so I can't offer you any tips beyond that.

I can only beat Mortal Kombat Advance with Smoke and Ermac.

Yeah it does, I actually made it further along in this game. I used Cyrax, and used his bomb attack against everyone, and I made it to Motaro, but the bastard is hard to beat, with his stupid tail that shoots beams at you. I'm hoping to eventually beat this game, but hell, I'm just happy I made it that far.

I owned MKA for 1 year and I only played it like 5 times because the AI was so cheap and it was just a crappy game.

ok well i dont know how much different this game is from umk3 but the ones i always picked were rain and noob, with rain i just did the lightning move for the hole fight, and with noob is a secret but am gonna give it away hope it works i dont rem. the way the moves go but u first do this trick were another shadow starts running foward to the opponent then u do the one were he jumps all the way up and apears donw and grabs the opponent and slams it on the ground then u have to uppercut him do this a few times and ull kill a couple bastards, the shadow move is i think f f p ,then the one were u jump is d u hope that works oh and motaro just do combos on him

For all the kombatants, just corner them and combo them to hell. Or you can do specials, like Ermac's telekenitic throw or Rain's lighting bolt. I beat Motaro with continous lighting blast from Rain, and Kahn with alot of jumpkicks.

The cheapest and easiest way to beat MK Advance is with Stryker. Just use his gun over and over and over. They can't block and they'll be lucky if they hit you once.

MKA is such a piece of crap. I can't believe it was one of the games I bought the GBA for.
