Possibly.

I know there's a DC emulator. The one I have is a very early version, though.

Found it on a newsgroups somewhere.

I think it's called "Chancast" or something similar to that.

actually there is a perfect dc emulater that popped up out of no where a year after dc came out. i forgot the name but....... try classicgaming.com for info and you should find it somewhre. hope it helps
