The movies are only on the CD versions, and I bought it for the N64, so I wouldn't know how they looked, but there are a few of them. The combos are the same as Unmasked Sub-Zero.

The FMV's are cool.They use the digital actors.MK:M is hard though.

MK:M is piece of crap. Please don't waste your money. Seriously, it has NO redeeming qualities.

Are you Serious? I had it on the PS, and it was a fun game. Any serious MK fan should have at least played it. To answer, the FMV's are good here's a pic for eg:

And if you are getting the PS version you wont be disappointed. There are cool characters like the Elemental Gods, Shinnok & Quan Chi's first appearences in MK and the original Sub Zero/Scorpion feud is better explained. Also there's a secret ending, which is very hard to get but is extremely worth it...

Cool, im gonna buy it. So how many fmvs r there, like 2 or 3?

Nah, theres alot. Can't rememember exactly, but they are short and long - the costumes look really good and the story is well explained. I don't wanna put in any more pics, cus I dont want to spoil it for u, but there's alot of good cut-scenes: especially the ones with Kerri Hoskins and Lia Montelongo. Awesome. You'll enjoy it...

There are around 5-6 Movies,s in there, I dont remember exactly, the game is average-good, for die hard MK fanboys maybe verygood.
But its 10 times better than the real piece of crap aka MK:SF.

yep,MK:M is a great game,it was a new level in the world of Mortal Kombat,and for those who say that MK:M is a piece of crap,i'm sorry,but you don't deserve to be in this forum,why?,because you don't give any fair explanation of why MK:M is "crap"....

You're right, I was unfair and didn't explain myself. So to elaborate: I felt the game was of poor graphical quality, suffered from poor level design(all levels seemed more or less the same), and the FMVs sucked(bad actors and costumes) To the game's credit it does provide a lot of insight into MK1 and MK4 and it's first two boss fights are cool, challenging, and original. But that's not enough to cover it's problems. However, to avoid further argument, I'll concur that any hardcore MK fan should play it at least once. I recommend a rental.

Well thx, the Mk4 actors were kinda bad too but i still thought the ending were really cool. Thx for the pictures too, i cant wait for it to get it. I bought it off of ebay for 11$, so i dont think i can really loose even if i dont like it, i highly doubt that though

Mk: mythologies is a great game, especially if your a subbie fan. I hope you enjoy it.

This game is HARD. Like, 'Throw your controller at the screen' hard. Even in the first level, where you have to toss out a high punch to trigger a falling crusher (so you can run underneath them as they rise), and get smashed by the second one right after that...argh.

The AI is really bad, too. Like UMK3, when it's not kicking your ass, it's sitting there and letting you hit it.

And the turn around button is hard to adjust to, and gets on your nerves.

But if you want to play as Sub-Zero, and live the classic moment where he kills Scorpion in battle then this is for you...

I only want it because it's the one MK game I don't own in some way shape, or form.

Thx for all ur feedback. I was just wondoring 1 more thing, i was looking at the moveslist for this game and it says fatality. Now can u do this fatality during the game on all ppl or only in like main matchs with scorpion or whatever?

It's been so long since I've played it, but I don't think u can do a fatality to the general enemies that you fight every couple of seconds. I remember doing it to Scorpion, right after u beat him at the start of the game - I think u can do it only after specific battles...(Can someone confirm?)

You can do it to Scorpion and one of Quan Chi's Hench Woman.I think it's Sareena.Oh and Be WARNED after playing MKM you won't look at Shinokk or Fujin the same way again.THEY ARE THE HARDEST BOSSES IN THE GAME!Well,there all hard except Scorpion and Sareena.
