I have a few questions and hope that maybe y'all can answer.

Okay, why in the Pit Bottom, one of the heads is missing, but, part of the neck/skin is still visible?

Second, why were the Palace Grounds, Warrior Shrine and the Throne Room absent of the game?

Third, my older brother and his friends joked so much about it, whenever someone explodes, like, there'll be 3 skulls, 5 ribcages and 20 bones. Not really, but it sure seems like it. Lol.

Thanks if anyone could answer these.

As you noticed, the MK1 arenas kinda got left out of the most. MK2/MK3/UMK3 arenas didn't get dropped at all, just MK1 arenas, and the ones that did make it in were modified.

Pit Bottom: Not sure what you mean exactly. Can someone grab a screenshot of the Pit Bottom from MK1 and the Pit Bottom from MKT so we can compare? I always thought they were identical.

Throne Room: Probably absent because MK1 Shang Tsung would be too out of place, and the background would be kinda pointless with an empty throne and Shao Kahn would look too out of place on the throne. Not to mention repetitive.

Palace Grounds: Not sure why this is missing, but I noticed that in MK1, the clouds used in this arena are the same as in the Pit (just palette-swapped). And the clouds are gone from the Pit, as well. I'd venture a guess here and say that the design team had some kind of technical issue getting those clouds to scroll properly somehow.

Warrior Shrine: Just going to guess and say that this BG made sense in MK1 when it represented all the MK1 warriors, but doesn't make sense in MKT when it no longer represents the current cast. Plus, remember there were legal issues with Daniel Pesina (who played Johnny Cage and therefore the Johnny Cage statue) and that might have had a role in its decision as well. Another alternative would have been to update the Johnny statue or replace the entire cast with all the MKT cast and have this giant arena.

Explosions: Those explosions were present in Fatalities MK3 and UMK3, and MKT was really just a UMK3 with some additions. It would have been great if there was a way you could adjust the violence to use the MKII animations instead of the MK3 ones. BTW, in regards to the multiple limbs/ribcages/etc. Ed Boon has been quoted as saying "What the hell was I thinking back then?" Source: http://twitter.com/noobde/status/9037458133

Hope that answers all your MKT questions!
