well guess what, i cant get off the stupid mortal rank

every time i beat shao khan even on champion it wont let me pick the last treasure.how is it unlocked?

Unless it's the N64 version, in which case you could:
a) Get rid of it quickly and find a psx version.
b) Press down+start on kano, now the last destiny collum will be a little weird. You fight khameleon, then a lot of endurances. Beat this and you can see the last treasure: the secrets of mk trilogy.
I would go with 'A'
