Yeah thanks theres alot of old video game movies and commericals on that site. Its like a nostalgic trip i just watched a cheesy primal rage commerical on it its hilarious.

The in game footage is from the genesis version I believe and the commercial was made just for the genesis version of the game originally, the song was also made just for promotion of the genesis version of the game by Praga Khan (lords of acid guy) under the artist title of The Immortals.

The sega cd version (besides for the vid) is just the genesis version with blood enabled by default and the music CD quality, not all that different really. I like the addition of the 3 mortal kombat songs on the CD though.

This actually is the full version of the video as it was first made and I think it only aired once and the way we originally saw it was just the shorter version with less clips of action and the music axed (they may have used an alternate mix as well in the shorter version, can’t remember for sure).

The scream was first made for the song and used in the commercial, movie and so on; it was just so memorable it caught on.

Ithink the footage from the Sega CD disc is all from the Sega CD version which from what I remember playing it once at the Wiz when it came out on a TV about 7 feet in the air, it was pretty good. Everytime Sega redid a game it always wound up being a lot like SNES (almost) with bad sound. It could very well be SNES though, the footage looks nothing like Genesis cause Genesis was terrible and that stuff is not. The Raiden Fatality I remember seeing a commercial "Get out the dust pan." and I believe it was for SNES. It very well could have been the same thing on Sega CD because of what I mentioned earlier, also the Probe and Arena logos are shown, which were Sega's.
