MK2 AI
Did the MK2 AI in Midway Arcade Treasures get slightly modified???
Because when I am player 2 fighting against player 1 AI, I can throw player 1 AI when I am a couple characters before "?" and even on the character before "?" One time I threw Shang Tsung with Baraka.
I think the player two side, whether AI a human controlled has throw priority. Also, certain characters have throw priorities, I.E. Baraka and Cage are top tier in throws

Well, if ur on playing as player 2 its a bit different vs comp, u have to jump at the comp and step back and then the comp will jump at u and u can hit the comp...i never learned how to do that...
If ur playing as player 1, then u have to jump back and high or lock kick, and the comp will leap at u and u can hit it....i do it all teh time, ill make my own video and show u =).

Are you talking about the "cheese tactics" in MK II? If you are, what's the fun in that? I've been pulling off some of the combos in Konqrr's video and it's fun as hell. It makes the game so much better, as opposed to cheesing and ruining the game.
Peace.

MK games are fun to play but tricking the computer into winning or cheese tactics isn't fun at all. I like to do the big damage combos and Konqrr's MK II video is a great learning tool, if you want to call it that. Ditch the cheese and go for style and big damage.

Not to be rude, but have you even read my post???
I'm saying that the AI got easier or something especially player 1 AI. You can throw them, you gotta time it right. I was Cage one time and throw AI controlled Liu Kang out of a roundhouse?!?!? That's not supposed to happen. Also, I jumped over a projectile and when I landed I threw the AI right away instead of it throwing me.
Player 1 AI is defensive and player 2 AI is offensive, yes I know that one.
Any of you play this online? One day I'll play you guys online on MK2 for Kaillera
