NEWSFLASH- You cannot do combos for MK2. there is none. Combos werent introduced to MK until MK3.

I know there wasn't any combos, but my friend showed me this youtube video and this guy did something like a combo and won without giving the computer a chance to hit him.

Unless someone tells me how to post the video this is how. Go to youtube type in mortal kombat 2 combos and scroll down a bit. You'll see it saying i think mortal kombat 2 combos part two. Thats it. Or at least one of them. It isn't the one i saw the other day but its some.

the combo meters fake but the combos are not.

There are no "Dial-a-combos", like MK3's, and up, but there are plenty of skill/timing combos you can do by chaining moves.

Reptile/Sub-Zero: Jump kick - Slide
Kitana: Fan lift - Square wave punch - Fan toss

Those are just examples, but you get the idea. The # of hits, and damage % doesn't show onscreen, like it does in MK3+ though.

They just used some cheats for it.I couldn't do it.

I think one of Kabal_MK's hacks was a MK2 one (could be someone else) and it aloud auto combo's and stuff and I think it was posted in the ultimate Mk patched thread. Ill ask in it.

You guys are referring to juggles. Look at the vids posted by psykosonic.
