Well... it's not a exactly wonderfull method... but it's fun to see how many combinations u can make
U need a gameshark... and get the code to have a certain's chaaracter's moves for player one (meaning no matter what player u pick.. they will all use the same set of moves)

Here are some fun combinations I came up with and wanted to kno if anyone else tried this and has other combos:
Ermac= Scorpion's second (orange) outfit, Fujin's moves (giving him the slam) Rain=Reiko's 2nd costume (purple) and Raiden (Or fujin's if u prefere) moves
Jade= Tanya and Cage's moves (u need ur imagination in this one.. heh)
Kira= Sonya's red outfit, Jarek's moves
MKD Noob= An easy one, Noob with Reiko's moves
Smoke= Sub's "smoking" fozen look, Scorpion's moves
Now the following I made up just for fun... it's not similar but I have fun using it
"Evil Ashra" (meaning working for Quan Chi)- Tanya with Raiden's powers
Immortal Kai (kai using the lightning staff's powers)- Kai with Raiden's powers

So... does anyone have any more crazy ideas I can try?
