Basically, it boils down to PSX being far far better. Better graphics, better sound, better gameplay. Better in every way except for loading time, but with a few tweaks the loading is down to very little.

PS version. Don't even look into buying the N64 version at all.

agreed, psx version is far better
I took your word for it and got the PS version.. HOWEVER

No matter how many times I clean, it just don't play! Grrrrr.....
