I dont know if this has been posted before, but the definition of Moloch (with a capital M) is...

1. In the Bible, the god of the Canaanites and Phoenicians to whom children were sacrificed.

2. Something possessing the power to exact severe sacrifice.



I just thought that was interesting, and it kind of describes Moloch in MKDA.

ya, I know of the demon Moloch. He is towards the top of the hierarchy of hell, along with Belial and Mammon.

Moloch was a good name for the Oni, but he is nothing like the demon god in the text.

Theres nothing wrong with actually enjoying learning. The only reason I got the definition was because I saw it in different context in a book I was reading. If you dont care, dont post.
