he can send out a frozen serpant that poisons as it freezes,
his fatality is to freeze his then shatter with his serpant.

kano+raiden=Kaiden
he can shoot out lighting/thunder out of his eye. he can do the 'superman' move while his butterfly knives are sticking out in front of him

Raiden + Sonya= Soiden or Rainya

Just picture a blonde female in a tight Raiden outfit.
