Mortal Kombat Advance worth it?
Since I can't play any of my Mk games for the Snes *sniff*. I was wondering if MK Advance would be worth getting for GBA. I read ign's review and now I'm not to sure if I want to buy it. I would like some of people's opinion on the game(who have played it).
Thanks!
Thanks!

I don't own it right at the moment, but I plan to get it soon. I played it, and my personal opinion is that it's like MK:T, which was an ok game. So my advice to you, try it for yourself. You are your own judge, if you like it, buy it. BTW, you may wanna check out MK:TE, if you haven't already. It's the best MK game on the GBA. Also, you said "I can't play any of my Mk games for the Snes", how about getting them to play on the GBA?? Hope this helps ya out.

MK Advance is a bad game. Even though it has Smoke and a butt load of other characters, it's not worth it. The SNES, Genesis, etc... versions of UMK3 are better. (MK Advance is UMK3, only on GBA... and minus Sheeva). If your going to get it, make sure you buy it for $8 or less. I enjoyed it when I first got it... but as I kept playing I noticed how poorly the fight engine was made. Check out my reviews of this game at my website (in my sig.)

Sea_Serpent, you make some real good points, and btw, I love your site, hope you're gonna update some more soon, any way, if he wants to get the game, I think he should. I've heard the negative things said about the game, I played it a bit myself, mind you not very long, and I could see everyone's point, it's not that great, but if you're a hardcore MK fan, you should get it. I know I'm going to get it. Oh, and SmokeYa, don't forget to get MK:TE, if you don't already have it.
