I know what move(s) you are talking about, this also applies in the 32X version of MK2, Jade has Kitana's Fan Throw & Wave Punce, Smoke has some weird teleporting slam move(you have to be close to your oponent perform it because the game will freeze if you are too far from your oponent, Noob Saibot can make a clone of himself, but it in a dizzy stance, in the 32X version the color of his clone is orange and stuff, and there is a clip in my video of me doing the Kombat Tomb fatality in Kahn's Arena on Noob Saibot(with his clone still in the dizzy stance).

Hilarious stuff. I especially liked the hack where you could do the Subway stage fatality on any stage. Priceless!

I glad you enjoyed it.smile
LoL, very funny stuff in there =)

The Subway, Pit Fatalitys everwhere in UMK3 are really cool, something I didnt could do on the MAME Arcade Version,s.

The Kitana/Jade Hack are nice too, it looks really cool how the Color of the Fan changes.
Sektor/Smoke Hack is very nice too, those red bombs look good.

That Kitana Fan throw/lift in MK2 is a Sega only bug?

But the best is the outer space battle VS Shao Kahn and Motaro that looks really like StarWars ;)

Really?, that strange being the Mame Arcade Version & Genesis Version are using the same engine I would think it could be done in that version too, but what I did was during was the second round or after Finish Him/Her, I would turn on my PAR code for a stage fatality background.

The Kitana/Jade Hack are nice too, it looks really cool how the Color of the Fan changes.

Actually in the Genesis/32X version of MK2, Kitana & Jade have the same colored fans, but what strange about this is that if I assigned Jade's palette to say Kung Lao or Shang Tsung, when they throw their projectible, Jade's gold fan appears, so there might a way to give Jade her golden fans instead.

That Kitana Fan throw/lift in MK2 is a Sega only bug?

I believe so, I tried doing it in MAT2 version of MK2, but nothing happened, but what I like about this is that its infinite, but your timing has to be perfect.

But the best is the outer space battle VS Shao Kahn and Motaro that looks really like StarWars ;)

One of my favorite moments in the video, I didn't even know about this Outer Space background until a few months ago when I found a PAR code for it over GSCentral, I believe since the Genesis version didn't get the Graveyard, Hidden Portal, & Noob Dorfen(they all got cut), we got two versions of fighing outside of Shao Kahn fortress(in the air next to it), before while his lifeforce is being suck out of him, and after when he & the fortress is detroyed, and this background, and don't ask why I didn't do Motaro's tail sweep to beat Shao Kahn, I still kicking myself when I see that video clip lol

Did any of you notice that in the video when I was finishing off Shao Kahn in MK2 in Kahn Arena that the upper part of his body appeared on his throne, it kinda has me thinking about his bios in Mortal Kombat Deception about him making a clone of himself to throw people off of his trail.

All the home versions of the 2D MK games had to be redone for each platform so when you are playing it on Sega it is a completely different program designed to look like the arcade. Thats why there are a lot of differences in the fundamentals of things working between Genesis and Mame.

Did you ever do the screwed up Kabal stuff with his animality in Genesis? Making his head pop off and have a discolored Kano show up? Its pretty funny and doesn't require any cheat codes to do.

Oh, I understand now, thanks, now I did do that Kabal Hara Kiri, I was shocked the first time I did it.

The reason for that is because that my download usage of 1000MB a month is almost up, I had a total of 56 downloads(981.38MB of 1000MB)over the lasted two days!!, I never though that I would get that many downloads or that I needed that much usage, I may have to upgrade my Streamload account to standard(like they recommanded), but I should have told everyone about the download limit of 1000MB.

That's cool how you can fight Noob Saibot/Smoke/Jade on different stages unlike the Arcade version.

Anybody up to doing a SNES version.

My guest is that when you are using cheat codes(PAR/Game Genie) like character modifying codes to fight Noob Saibot/Smoke/Jade (or play as them in the Genesis/32X version of MK2), then you are changing the game abit, because without the cheat codes to fight or play as them, you do fight Noob Saibot/Smoke/Jade in Goro's Lair, Blue Portal in the Genesis version.

Yeah, the PAR and Game Genie codes are essentially forcing a specific value to stay present at a specific spot in memory. MAME can do this with its mame cheats, and its cheats are far more advanced then PAR or Game Genie cheats since you can control how often it forces it, you can make it increment at rates and such. However, the arcade is also far more complex so that makes it harder to get the really fun cheats.

I would definately like to contribute to an SNES glitch video using Game genie codes since I used to absolutely love going through and figuring out game genie codes for MK2 for SNES.
