duck the rising shadow, uppercut or juggle, run in, autocombo.
When you see a normal shoulder ram coming at you, "trade a hit" aka let him shoulder ram u without blocking, run in, autocombo. Scout fireballs and jumpkick/punch over them.

ok ive only beat him with sheeva cyrax and.....smoke?...no...i got to motaro and gave up....anyways oh well here's a way to do it.This how i did it cyrax and other people....well use cyrax's net to catch him and upper cut him then run and before he gets up do it again over and over(BEWARE THE HAMMER)its not safe to jump i jumped a small bit.block almost all the time it helps he when taunts you beware because he can stop at anytime and BOOM HAMMER!!!!!!!!!!!!get a good combo on him.your gonna lose a few times so dont give up.as sektor use missles with warning cause of the stike he does(with the purple stuff)he goes forward learn how to time that and you can kick him before i he touches u and when he goes in the air upper cut him run torrards him and keep upper cutting(this is what works for me.......and the fact i play every day and get to him)I hope this helps you.
