Need help with MK4 on any playstation system

Is there a how to play manual online? Preferably Mkonline?

I dont even know whow to pick up and throw objects from the ground.

Is there a site where it teaches you all you need to know about MK4 on PS? Thanks.

All I can tell you is that to pick up weapons, you have to press Down+Run on the weapon.
