i think it would be bad ass to have mk6 as a prequel to the first mortal kombat.

that would b cool because it is said that MK1 was the tenth tournament, so where r the other nine? but that would suck because none of the earthrealm heroes came into mortal kombat until mk1

Well, actually the other nine shouldn't really be of any interest, since we already know that the Earthrealm lost those. The ones that would be interesting would be the first one won by the original Kung Lao and the one where Kung Lao was killed (by Goro, if I'm not mistaken), i.e., the first one of the round ended in MK1. I guess they could have it, but only as a secret or something, not as an entire game, since the story is a little feeble: Shang Tsung was winning it all, Kung Lao came and ended his winning streak. There were actually no other characters envolved, according to what we know. But it would be cool to have it as a secret though.
