lol. A.K.A. "if Noob S didn't have the ability to rape everyone at will". If they put a 2 second lock in between teleports and a slower startup on the disabler cloud. If they put a lock on Rain's lightning like ermac's telekenetic lift. Then it would be the best and most balanced. Screw baraka and Johnny Cage. Until then, UMK3 is the standard.

Rain's lightning isn't too bad in PSX cause they have to be on the ground to get hit so they can block it. In N64 I think it can hit in air. And his Roundhouse is killer in both. That needs to be slower, disable, or be a special move.
