First of all reptile is a predator with a slowly demented mind> ever since he is devolving, he becomes more primal and delusional. Now, his poli-tical agenda may be neutral, but he is considered by our moral laws as evil, becouse he has no backthoughts of slaughtering anyone.

And Scorpion is everything but Good in MKD. just becouse he is an enforcer of the Elders that doesn't makes him fight for a just couse. remember, the Elders are apathical and completely eccentric.

Scorpions duty is to slaughter someone who opposes their interest. Where is the good thing in there? Where Liu and the good guys keep sparing their opponents lifes, or banishing them to a confined space, Scorpion kills. He is a disciplined onslaught to everything in the elders way. he received his reward probably, so why care about human emotions and the spiritual consequences of his actions? he has been already banished to the depths of hell, where would they send him from there?
