Reptile in Mortal Kombat

Hello,

I use MAME with the version 5.0 T-Unit 03/19/93. I know the rules to unlock Reptile (The Pit, Double Flawless, Fatality, No Blocking). But in 10 games, i don't have seen the moon with shadows... Does it is normal ?

You have to play over 40 matches against the computer to even see the shadows once, and you have to be playing on either 3.0 or 4.0 Y unit, there's no other versions with Reptile.

Yeah, but you can only knock someone into the trees with Ermac. He's the only one they bothered to program it in with.

And you can only do it if the tree exclaims "TREE WANT TO EAT PEOPLE" before the match begins smile

The tree sounds very much like Grimlock from Transformers, it's quite amusing.
