Hi,

The first time I played MKDA on PS2, I used scorpion and somehow I was able to throw his sword at the opponent, impaling him. I remember pressing different buttons at once so apparently that was a fluke. I'm trying to attempt that move now but can't seem to get it again. Could someone tell me whether or not that was a glitch or if that move is actually possible to carry out?

Thanks

Thanks -

At first I really thought it was a glitch, but what threw me off was the fact that it happened three or four times in the same round and it was continuous when I pressed the same buttons.

Scorpion didn't actually throw the sword - I made a mistake - it was something like Shang Tsung's move where he jabs the opponent with his weapon and it stays there, which is pretty much an impale move. I was hoping this was one of the secret moves that's not included in the moves list. But then again, if it's a glitch, it was fun seeing that happen anyway.

Thanks again
Check the move list in the start menu. Most of the characters have can "impale" opponents with their weapons.

Hmmm very odd

Did the sword actually stay inside your enemy?

He has a poking move down y I believe he jabs it in but it doesnt stay in.

He diesnt have any impaling moves so that probaby what you did a simple jab perhaps because his specail sword move isnt impale its a sidestep slash attack.
