Hmmm.... welll lets see they both got there advantages Kabal with his spin move and sektor well his teleport uppercut ...

sektor would win why? because he has a better chance at hitting his uppercut combo then kabal with his combo

Kabal would just throw his tube at Sektor's chest and inflate his head. After Sektor's head inflates, floats away, and dies, Kabal dies because he ran out of oxygen.
