The "greatest adversary" isn't your shadow, I don't think so. If you play konquest mode, and read some of the fighters' stories, most of the 'adversaries' involve the deadly alliance. Like in the intro, Quan Chi had to fight Shang Tsung (of course they never showed us that) to go through the portal. You get this info from playing konquest with either Shang or Quan.
Anyway, defeating your adversary is just 1/2 the riddle. If you read info on the portal stage, it says that to obtain the right to pass, one must FIRST defeat a representation of his / her most powerful adversary. That means there must a code or something to enter after defeating your opponent.
Info on the portal sphere says that you have to shatter the portal sphere. Maybe that's it. Don't know how that's done though. Perhaps it's all storyline.

Did anyone ever think that there are no more secrets which is why nobody has found anything after all this time ?

maybe you have to beat your greatest advesary then "shatter" something in the test of might afterwards.... which explains the whole infinite test your might thing with Drahmin.

What i was trying to say was that if the last secret is onlocking Noob somehow maybe then you can do all the things that have been hinted at like using the portal and getting a tie in the drum arena to fight that big drummer guy, etc. Because it says to do most of these things that you must first defeat your "greatest adversary" and maybe your "greatest adversary" is Noob since he is supposed to be a shadow and your shadow could be your "greatest adversary". Besides this is just a theory and im not trying to say that this is a secret it is just something that came to my head and if you think about it it would make a lot of sense. At this point any ideas that anyone has about the final secret or secrets should be posted because you never know if one of them is going to work. It was just a theory and nothing else.

There is no final secret other than the version code which will be released in a year or so, like many of the secrets in the old MKs. By the way, you're signature animation is just sick. Who would want to kill 50 Japanese girls? I mean, if you're gonna do something, atleast rape them, the killing isn't needed. =)

Thats also asuming that the information provided for krypt items is actually part of a hint for the final secret, and not just pointless information for each item.

Signatures like that are why I've lost faith with 90% of humanity.

yeah we should all defineatly just put this to rest, however, i would like to know what makes you think your shadow is your greatest adversary. is there any logic beheind that? or are you just grasping for straws....straws that arent even there...straws that arent even straws at all...are you sure theyre even straws?..are you sure they arent...nothing?

Well like I said it was just an idea that popped into my head and I thought it could be possible. Because if you think about it wouldn't your shadow be your greatest adversary since it does everything you do? How can you you defeat your shadow if it does exactly what you do? And Noob is supposed to be a shadoow right? So if u really think about what I'm saying then it would make perfect sense. It is a far fetched idea and I probably am just drawing straws but u never know I could be on to something.

I agree. To fight your self might be hard. U do what he does, U know what he will do like he knows what U will do, both with same weakness, same thoughts, same in everything...its a challenge. BUt I rather think its to fight some other adversary, Sonya VS Mavado, etc.
