I am more of a Kitana and Scorpion fangirl but I say Sonya even though I like both. Also, this is in the wrong forum. And don't post multiple smilies especially if they aren't for any purpose. I hope you take your time reading the Community FAQ and enjoy your stay!

Wrong forum, besides me being a Jade/Reptile/Ermac fan I say Jade could brutally murder sonya

I am also a big Jade fan and chances are Jade's been around the block a few more times than Sonya, which would give Jade an advantage, olus she has a weapon.

I dislike both jade and Sonya.

Neither have anything interesting storyline wise. both are pretty stale and boring. Storywise, you'd actually forget that Jade was there in MKD. Same with Sonya in MKD. And I dislike boths Primary costumes (and Sonyas alternate) in their last appearances.

I also dont see that much potential in either character. Sonya is definitley past it, Jade could perhaps be something, but i doubt she'll come to much, some little thread of intrigue is there with the Tanya rivalry.

Gameplaywise, I prefer Jade.

Look - Jade (solely cause I like her MKD Alternate)

Who I think would win in reality - Jade

Seeing that I loved both these women, its totally up in the air for me, plus I'm no big story buff, If the character(s) have a good story, that cool, but if the character(s) have a sucky story but they kissass fighting wise, then that cool with me, because a character(s) story is not going to help me win the battle, there fighting stills are, but anyway Jade has everything that her conterparts(Kitana & Mileena) do & don't have which make her a very dangerous opponent, but Sonya is not a pushover, she may not have 1,000's or years of ninja training, but she loaded with suprises just being around for 30+ years, so its would a great fight, both have masters two deadly weapons(Jade - Steel Fans & Bojutsu, Sonya - Bladewheel & Kali Sticks) Jade the stronger of the two, Sonya, not quite as strong, but faster of the two.

Gameplay:Sonya(please, even in the hands of button mashers she is dangerous)
Overall:Draw

Sonya Blade wins, easily.

But I like Jade and I think she has potential, and of the 3 ninja girls, she is the second best character, not even close to being better then Mileena, but a lot more promising then Kitana.

Two of my fave girls in battle! Jade wins though!

neither, jade throughs her boomerang while saaonya does kiss of death, boomerang hits sonya in the head she dies, kiss of death hits jade and she dies.
