I dunno if this has been brought up before, but if you look at the way early preview of MKDA

There is a little scene where Sonya falls down and you can see that her hair is longer that in the final version, I think she looked nicer like that...

Dude, I've never seen that video. That was awesome! Sonya's hair was longer, and I liked it that way also.

They also changed Mavado's character model drasticly (seen in erly videos) and he looked MUCH better.
