The sounds for these games are amazing. I can use the soundtest for UMK3 and MK3 to get some of the great screams and grunts that were left in for the SNES version, but I won't be able to get the sounds that were on the arcade. Also with MK II, some of the screams and sounds for that were great. Any way I could get these or all of them? Would I have to extract them myself?

Hey, welcome to the board! Since you're new here, you probably don't know that you can find such things by the use of site's search engine.
Try it ! You should find what you're looking for.

Moreover, if you have MKT for PC, then that version has the sound effects in wav and snd format in game's folder.
