Is there any particular emulator or tool I can use to rip sprites and/or backgrounds from MKT, either for PSX or PC... Anything you can suggest will help...

sprite ripper for psx mkt...use an emulator, take screen shots, edit out backgrounds.

OR

Wait like 10-20 years and ask Midway to give you all the game images, LOL
