I think I remember those kode hints when I used to have mk3 for snes. This was because at the time all the kodes hadn't been found yet, so they were helping people out. It only happens in home versions. The hints are irrelevent now, since they have all been found. Every few matches a random kombat kode was given to input during vs. mode. Did you say you tried inputting them and they didn't work? Maybe they were specifically for the arcade. Kombat kodes do work in the snes version. You can find an entire list of them on the internet. Just do a search for kombat kodes. There is only 1 that I haven't done, and that is explosive kombat. Does anyone know what this one does? I don't want to hear any retarted joke responses.

i think this was similar to mk4's code, were if the loser was hit, he explodes in a similar fashion to endurance matches. which brings me to this thought, how come MKO doesnt have a kombat kode section? if it does, i aint seen it.
