Has anyone else heard "Toasty!" being said in the game? I heard it once. I was playing as Scorpion in his alternate (flame skull) costume. Before I entered the match, I had to get through the "Test Your Might" mini-game.

I'm sure everyone has noticed that the characters in the game will break the blocks different ways, like some use a leg or an arm, and some use their head. Well this one time, the only time I've EVER seen it, Scorpion used his enflamed head to break the blocks. After he assumed his victory pose, I heard, I shit you not, "TOASTYYYYYY!!!!"

And never again.

Yes I mentioned this awhile ago. I've heard it several times in test your might/sight. However, the character's random break pose has nothing to do with it.

i've only heard it playing with scorpion, using his alternate costume. i believe i was breakin diamond at the time, and i did complete the game.

I was playing against my friend and lost 5or 6 matches in a row and then lost the test your might
thing and it said(someone in the game)"Man,You Suck".
I was having a bad day,obviously.

I think you will randomly hear " Toasty " while breaking a difficult object like the diamond and (maybe) the object before that one.

Characters don't have random break poses. They all have set break poses. Eg:

- Bo' Rai Cho will always break it with his head
- Frost will always break it with her leg
- Scorpion will always break it with one fist (except, apparently, this time)
- Jax will always break it with 2 fists

I was talking about this in another thread, different things are said at different break items. Iron Bar and Diamond are the only ones that say toasty, I believe.

I've also heard, "You Suck", "Loser", and "You're a pansy". You can also increase the rate it say stuff by doing really bad in test your might.

On a related note, I've heard Shao Kahn(the announcer) say "Sweet" during a match twice now. I thought I got it wrong the first time, but the second time was clear and confirmed it.

Sooooo in previous MKs, you could enter a code when the word "TOASTY" is said....I wonder if the same is true with DA =-o
