Trying to get back into umk3. However so far not doing too good, I like the style of reptile and human smoke, can you guys give me some in depth gameplay strategy for each of them, and maybe overall hints and tips. And one last question, which is the 3 hit base combo for human smoke that launches them, i know there is the two hit LK LP that launches but i dont know the the hitter. Thanks guys.

the 3 hit: LK, D+LP, D+HP. Reptile strategy. works best on very hard setting. back yourself into a corner. the CPU should follow. do a backflip and press an attack button in the air close to the ground. the computer should throw a projectile. jump over it towards the CPU and do whatever you want to it. right after your attack is done, do a sweep. the CPU should do a backflip to get away. throw a projectile in response

It actually works worst on Reptile, his projectile is high and often clips you on the way up if your timing is not perfect. It works better on Kabal, Sindel, Kitana, etc.
