When I played the arcade game, the demo screens shown Rain and Noob Saibot, how did you fight against them in that game?

In the wavenet version, how did you fight as Noob?

I believe this is the code. Follow these steps.

1)Start a 2 Player Game and choose Kano.
2)Before any match, hold Back, Low Punch, Block,
High Punch, and Low Kick. Hold those buttons,
and that one direction, and Noob is supposed to
appear.
I heard it only works in a 2 Player Game, and that is the code I heard is supposed to work.
Highlight Kano and hold Back ,high punch ,low punch and ,block

The buttons you listed were for the Human Smoke code

No they were not. Human Smoke's buttons are HP, HK, BLK, and RN. I did not list those. I listed LP, HP, BLK, and LK. You must be playing a 2 Player Game. Choose Kano. Then before any match begins you hold the code buttons, and the one direction listed below:

Back + High Punch + Low Punch + Block + Low Kick
How can you play the Wavenet version by the way?
I think that roms is not dumped.
And the real arcade one is extremly rare or?

If he lives in Chicago he can play easily as long as one of his arcades still carries UMK3.

It was a Chicago only release, and where did you guys get the Noob code from?

Human Smoke = B+HP+HK+BL+R

The Noob code's been out for some time now, couple of years. It's in one of the old FAQs on GameFAQs.

I remember hearing that he had no special moves whatsoever.

It's only in chicago because it never made it past testing and into a nation wide release.

I'm not 100% sure, but I doubt any arcade has a wavenet UMK3. As far as I know they were never actually sold, just in testing locations, so the operators probably had to return the boards to Midway when testing ended.

Yeah and that is truly unfortunate. It'd be neat to play.
