what's worse than playing umk3 for 13 years then losing to some guy on kaillera named bouba 17 times in a row + flawless? NOTHING. Who the #$## is that guy?

I'd say he is from ultimatemk.com if he is that good. if my computer was not so gay on UMK3/MK2 online on mame then I would give you some good games.

you need 5ms or less to play the game as it should be online. and if you play vs another person who has huge ping no matter that yours is low you will get those called "delay issues" like throw through runjab and etc.

i have two matches vs him in my youtube profile and i had those delay issues, he is very good player but he uses them:

30ms or less using LAN on a good (and empty) server in the US can play essentially perfectly.
