It just sounds like jibberish. The voices were put in there to sound goofy.

I too think it was just jibberish. We used to make up things that they could be saying and there is a lot that can be made out of it.

"Hey now not that fun now waaaaayy" and stuff like that.

As for the robots, also doesn't sound like they are saying something real but the closest we would say was "X is underneath"

I allways thought it was "W-wwwoah not the face"

When people like Jax get caught in it, i thought it was something along the lines of "not so fast!...*trails of in gibberish*"

When Cyrax captures enemies like Scorpion in the net, it always sounds to me as if he's saying "Ohhhhh shut the fuck up!!!" and if it's someone like uh...Nightwolf, it sounds like they are trying to sing in the shower...

Now, as for when the cyborgs run, especially Cyrax, it sounds to me like they're saying "Are you using it?!".

Thats whay they say. I think they never intended characters to sound like they were saying something in the beginning (any character, any scream), but now they have fun seeing fans trying to guess what the hell they scream, when they really don’t say anything at all.
