Yeah, it says "Now you must return to Outworld!" And then whether you were playing 1 player mode, you'd continue on to the next opponent, or vs. if you fought Noob, you'll just be taken back. Simple as that.

Yup, it's mad convenient for me too. I'll use whoevever on arcade to get up to the question mark, then once I beat Jade I can switch to Kitana or Shang Tsung to beat Kintaro. This way I can beat it on one quarter, without using the same character every time (if I use anyone other than Kitana to fight Kintaro, I'm screwed).
