It seems like it'd be nearly impossible to do it without Mame, but at least now we know how the window for unblockables after a bike kick works. I managed to get an unblockable combo after a bike kick mid screen before I finally was too tired to try any more last night. Pretty nifty stuff.

LK after Bike Kick mid-screen often works, but if you mean auto combo i'm sure its not possible

That was a mistype, I meant I got a hit to combo after the bike kick mid screen, not that I got an autocombo since that does appear impossible because of the distance. But, I will try some more things to see if there's anything else exploitable, when I get a chance to :-/ Not sure when that will be.
And I tried a few other moves that involved the character stumbling, Stryker's gun, the ground stomp, but nothing else has had the same results yet as far as I can tell.

In MK3 you could run after the bike kick, in UMK3 the run meter drops when the bike kick finishes, so in MK3 you could get an autocombo to combo afterwards midscreen.

Well I don't have any impressive combo(s) but I did a 9 Hits(41-43% Damage) corner combo with Mileena in both the Arcade(Mame) & Genesis version of UMK3.

I suck at Umk3/MKT. The best combo I worked out with Human Smoke was:
Human Smoke, MKT (first combo I worked out myself actually):
LK, LP, Spear, LK, LP, Uppercut (6 hits, 35%)
Is there any way to improve this or get more damage out of it easily?

lk, lp, jump kick, teleport punch, spear, lk, d+lp, d+hp, jump kick air throw is a pretty common one.

Haha! I can do that one, "46%" but it's just over 50 right? I've also seen a variation where you aaHP before the jump kick...
lk, lp, jump kick, teleport punch, spear, lk, d+lp, d+hp, aaHP, jump kick air throw.
Think it was in one of the vids, don't remember which one but when I played it slowly, I saw a little dash before the HP. That's how I knew I was doing it wrong, I can't seem to get that little RUN in.

If you are holding run after the uppercut, you will not be able to run at all, so you have to time it to allow a sliver of green to recharge, then tap run while holding forward before it, this works with just about all launcher characters.

LoL, yeah always have to release run whenever you can. You really don't need to hold it much. Once you start running you can let go of run and you will keep running and that way the bar will start recharging as soon as possible.
And there are definately ways to expand on that smoke combo, but leaving out the aaHP makes it very easy to do in every day gameplay even for people without a lot of experience.

Well I started the combo with a airHP, HP, HP, HK, HK, D-LK, JK, Standing HP, Sweep, came to 44% damage, your must have good timing(but being the expert you are you already know that lol), and also with the same 9 hit corner setup with Mileena, just right now, I did airHP, HP, HP, HK, HK, D-LK, JK, RH(Roundhouse), Sweep came out to 50% damage.

1. SUJK, Air Sai, Roll, JK, Air Sai, aaHP, Teleport Kick (if Teleport Kick hits OTG then her 6 hit combo)
2. RH, Roll, RH, aaHP, Teleport Kick (if Teleport Kick hits OTG then her 6 hit combo)
3, RH, JK, Roll, aaHPx2, JK, Air Sai
and etc...
there will be one nice combo in umk3 shattered too ^_^
