Where are the Tablet Of Truth items in the Water and Fire levels in MKM?

I've played through both the Water and Fire levels in MKM:Sub-Zero, yet have not been able to find the Tablet Of Truth items that give tips. I played on the "Very Easy" difficulty level.

What's the deal?

I do know you can't get past the fire stage on that difficulty.

I don't need help beating the game. I was just curious about the items from a collection point-of-view. Just curious what they have to say
