I really don't find any of the sub-bosses hard at all.

KINTARO for sure! He is harder than Shao Kahn.

I'd have to say Shao Kahn in MK3. I'm still trying to beat him!

Kintaro. Definitely Kintaro.

After starting to play MKII (last year) for the first time in years, he was a bitch to beat with Shang Tsung on version 1.4 or whatever it is.

Agreed on Kintaro... I never did figure out his patterns. I always had to use Kitana to beat him because I couldn't figure out how to do it reliably with anyone else.

Motaro I always found easy... jump kick him out of the air then run in and autocombo, that's pretty much all I ever did.

I didn't spend much time on MK1 so I don't really have a sense of Goro's difficulty.

Definitely Kintaro - He was way harder to defeat than Shao Khan.

try picking up a copy of Midway Arcade Treasures 2 and playing MKII - it's fast as fuck - you need lightning reflexes and Kintaro goes mental!

Took me 2hrs to get past him - enough saidfurious

Maybe Goro from mk1 since that game is slow and sloppy.

before i knew all the bosses patterns it was kintaro, although the mk1 bosses was hard due to the actual gameplay. the only person i could beat kintaro with was shang tsung because of his triple fireball. now i always play him just to see how many times in a row i can beat him. so far 20 wins in a row smile

I thought Goro and motaro weren't particularly hard to beat.

Kintaro is the hardest to beat out of all three.

But I also find that Shang Tsung in MK2 was always very hard to beat. he's kinda like a Sub-Sub-Boss.

Kintaro of course. He was bigger, meaner, and stronger than Goro ever was, Scorpion was the only character whom I can use to do any real damage on him. Motaro on the other hand, I could easily beat him with anybody except Stryker, that lamo.

So, yeah, Kintaro is a king of all the sub bosses and he is my all time favorite MK boss, too bad Ed Boon and company hates him, we probably won't see him return.

Yeah Kintaro was a decent character.

Tho maybe its best he didn't return..........they would jsut have wasted him like they did with Goro. At least this way we all remember him well lol tongue

I dunno. I double flawless Kintaro everytime I play him on the PC version MK2. I have to admit I don't know about trilogy. Never got into that piece of utterly wasted commercial... but enough of that.

I think for beginners, Motaro should prove a bit over the top. Perhaps Goro in MK1 but he was nothing to the following Shang Tsung.

I say Kintaro was the hardest. He's actually sort of easy to beat with Sub-Zero, Scorpion, Kitana, or Baraka

Laugh if you like. Doesn't matter. Assume that you're so much smarter than the poor, broken lunatic. Doesn't matter. But think about this: Your a dead thing, same as me. You died and were reborn...as this. What makes you and me different? Simple -- I remember what I saw when I was full and truly dead. You'd be mad too.
