MK1 - I'd say Correzio. I actually never play MK1, but when I do its normally vs Correzz.

MK2 - Correzio and PaulKortne. These guys are both great to play to me since they are both at my level so it really leads to some exciting matches.

UMK3 - Again Correzz. One time we had like 40 matches!

MK4 - Normally my cousin. My computer aint good enough to be playing MK4 online.

MKDA - either my cousin or a friend of mine. In serious competetion I guess id say ReptileStyle.

As for some of my favorite MK fight moments? Hmmm.

Well beating ReptileStyle's Scorpion at a MKDA tournament last Novemeber is definetly up there. The last time we played I got mauled, so I felt I had something to prove.

Getting OWNED by ReptileStyle's Reptile in the finals. After that I def went back to the drawing board and I feel I am a lot better because of it.

Putting the smackdown on Smash P's Mileena using Sub-Zero >_> Getting 97 kills in a row on Correzio without losing a match. It says 97 wins, but we all now how goofy the counter is. So I just consider it to be 97 kills. Me and Cor are like near even in UMk3, so that felt pretty kewl.

My Mileena vs Konqrr's Jax in MK2 best of 3. I forgot who won this one, but it was very fun. That I remember.

My Sub-Zero vs Konqrr's Jax in MK2 best of 3. I won this one and I flipped out. I never beat Jax with Sub-Zero.

in UMK3..my Double Noob Saibots vs Correzzio's Double Noob Saibots. That was dope.

Oh and double jax's vs double jax's. Me and Correzzio..another cool one.

All in all I have some great MK memories. How about you guys?

::Still hanging my head in shame:: God damn, you'll never drop that one will you?? LOL.

MK1~ I havent played in years.

MK2~ I play the PC more than i play any one person.

MK3/UMK3~ Probally either Konqrr or CorrezZ

MKT~ My friends Vin, Craig, Bill, and Mike

MK4/Gold~ My boy vin(even though he sux ass at MK4/G)

MKDA~ Vin and Craig. We still play DA at least once or twice a week for about an hour or so.

Most Intense/Favorite MK Fight Moments???????????

UMK3~ Hell, any time I play Konqrr. Its always intense. You never know who is going to take it unless its a fluke match where someone owns a round.

MKDA~ Everyweekend when Me, Vin, and Craig play. It always makes for a fun-as-hell/drunk-as-hell shit talking time. Every week these guys think they're going to beat me, and every week I shut them down. Sure, alot of matches are close as hell and intense, but the winner always remains the same :) After a year and a half, you'd think they'd learn right?

Low Damage/Health Recovery 2 on 2 kombat makes for some pretty insane matches. Ive had one match last nearly 15-20mins with one of my boyz.

DreemerNJ and I play 2 on 2 in MKT, Scorpion and Ermac VS Scorpion and Smoke, teleport fests, where the rules are frequent teleporting and comboing off them as much as possible, with low damage on. Those matches last about 15 minutes each, with healthy recovery on, they'd never end.

MK1 - I never really played vs anyone else...by the time I got MK1 it was pretty old and MK3 was out in the gaming community. (Main characters: Scorpion, Sub-Zero)
MK2 - I used to play it vs a friend of mine. At our primes we were at nearly the same skill level and it made for some great matches. (Main characters: Raiden, Sub-Zero, Scorpion, Reptile)
MK3 - Played vs Matt and Felix...Felix never got into it as much as he got into MK2 but Matt was about the same skill level as me and we had a lot of fun...he hates Cyrax now lol. (Cyrax, Smoke, Kabal, Sub-Zero)
UMK2 - Matt again...we were both happy when they added the classics. Also played in a couple UMK3 touneys and won them all. That was pretty exciting beating the self proclaimed champ of the arcade a guy named Paul who was a very cocky bastard! He was just as good as he boasted but I managed to take him down in a few very close matches. He never played me again after that. (Scorpion, Reptile, Ermac, Classic Sub-Zero loved those ninjas haha)
MKT - Matt yet again was about the only one of my peeps that could keep up with me. None of my other friends would play mk with me anymore because they were not at my skill level and it wasn't fun constantly losing. (add Noob and Rain to the list)
MK4 - Matt moved so I ended up playing this game alone. The same goes for MKGold and MKDA.

Ahh the teleport-fest. Those things are the best. But I'd say my favorite moments were all the Rounds we played in MKT Matt.

For everyone else, 1 Round of MKT means 2 on 2 kombat, one of us starts top left on the char select screen the other bottom right and we just move in order and play as everyone in the game except the bosses or Noob. Thats some good shit.

When I'm playing someone with Noob (always due to Random), I never use the disable crap move (unless I'm just messing around). Not using him cuts him down quite a bit, I'd say he's still a good char though.

Even without the disabler, f,f+hp and d~u are still broke as hell if used correctly. Its very difficult to rush Noob. On contrary to what you and konqrr think I consider him to be the best in the game, even in his watered down(compared to MKT) state. people say Kabal, but Id have to say no. A smart player can beat good Kabals by just turtling him down. Noob make you scared to move..period. One disabler or teleport and the match is PRETTY MUCH over. With Kabal if he gets a flash its like..what ever. You lose about a quarter of your bar. Dunno..I think Noob is just tops in UMK3.

He's also in UMK3 for SNES, which is the version that Versatile plays.

The no Noob rule isn't because he is a character that can't win or something, its because he is seriously too broken to be fair in any way. The disabler has next to no startup frames, he's the only char that walks backwards as fast as other chars walk forwards. One disabler (which is very easy to get since it is so fast) can pretty much ensure a victory because as a move, it is more broken then any other move in the game, or any game that I can think of. The only char more broken is that uber deadly Go Hibiki for MUGEN with Time Freeze and a 100 hit beam super.

Kabal is still better than Noob Saibot in UMK3 for SNES, it isn't that difficult to avoid being hit by Noob after getting hit by the disabler, with Kabal, the fact that you can be spun in air makes players more scared to move than from Noob, and Noob just can't do as much damage on the fly like Kabal. Vers, you probably haven't played a good enough Kabal player, you played mine on SNES with me not knowing all the nuances about the game, but I have retired from SNES UMK3 now so it doesn't matter lol. Noob in MKT is cheaper than Kabal, but a skilled player can win with either both ways.
