I think Kung Lao's in MK3 is awsome, so simple, but it looked awsome. His pre-MK3 sketch had me just stunned. I also like MK3 Shang's (his pants should've been red though).

I'd have to say Noob, cause it's nothing really just black, like in ultimate, just all black. Kunglao in 2 was pretty sic, liu kang, just classic real sic too. shang in 5( player 2's costume, the blue) scorpion in 5 is my fav. Oh yeah, can't forget quan chi's in 4/5 too i guess.

definetly all the ninja pallette swaps! unoriginality kicks ass! jkz..i think shoa kahn in mkt looked the best.a mix between ancient samurais and a giant like king. baraka also looked great.
