noob-smoke has that x button infinite. i know how to work around it, but it's still a cheap ass move.

There's no such thing as "cheap." If you mean who is the most broken character it's impossible to know until the game has been throughly played and all of their moves analyzed for things like frame data and such.

This game should be more balanced due to the parries and throw escapes but I'll hold off on that until I play it myself.
