I guess I would have to say Shao Kahn in MK2. He gave me so much trouble back in the day.
Shao Kahn isin't dangerous at all in any of the games he's too slow and his range is limited the best fighters to use are scorpion, sub-zero, liu kang, or raiden because they are fast and can attack from out of almost anybody's reach
The most dangerous is Sub-Zero because u can freeze the oponent and then break out some major combos while they are immobilized
