Noob Saibot's biography was the first one to be directly linked to Shinnok, and yet he didn't even have a decent role in MK 4 itself; he has no biography/ending in MK 4 or MKG. Heck, even in MK:TE, they don't even mention why he's still loyal to Shao Kahn after the fall of Shinnok, and he doesn't even do anything directly involved in the game itself other than his fight with (I won't spoil it), which took place before the Deadly Alliance was even formed. I think that Noob should've had a bigger role in the MK series.

Dude, I'd say that the fight with (you know who) is a very significant role... The only reason they put it in the game is to fulfill the storyline a little more... They didn't do it for no reason... They probably wanted to set things up for MK6, just like with Sareena and Sektor...

You think Ed Boon thinks 2 games ahead in terms of the story line? He doesn't know what the story is until he reads back what he just scribbled down on some tatty piece of paper.
All the stories from MK3 on have totally sucked.

How can anyone not be disgusted by the thought of an ancient Ninja clan suddenly deciding to make everyone into a robot? It is so stupid I am going to kill myself RIGHT NOW.

You'll be missed.

And reptile, I do agree, Noob Saibot was the only connection from MKT to MK4, and he didn't even have a huge roll in MK4/MKG, wtf?

His role is so small because he wasn't added until the home release.

Originally Noob was going to be in arcade MK4. In fact he was for a time. In the earlier revisions he was in it and was even playable in some. At the last minute they replaced him with Reiko. That is why Reiko is so half-assed, he was created at the last minute.

Then when the home version came out they put Noob back in as a hidden character.

The other reasons why he was replaced by Reiko in MK4 are:
- backgrounds were to dark and characters were barely seen
- there was insufficient amount of new fighters.
These reasons also concern Kitana/Tanya case.
